COURSE DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED AUDIENCE
The intended audience for this course is nursing staff who assist with treadmill testing. This course is designed to solidify knowledge about the 12 lead EKG and review the multifaceted aspects of exercise testing.

4. Discuss the use of stress testing in special populations.

FACULTY
Linda Moulton, RN MS is a cardiovascular researcher and educator, and owner of Critical Care Ed and C.C.E. Consulting, Springfield, IL. Her professional roles have included manager, educator, clinical specialist, consultant, researcher and medical writer. She has taught across the U.S., for NASPE and for industry. She manages the www.orderanddisorder.com and www.cceconsulting.net web sites.

Charlie Jiardina RN has worked in critical care as a staff nurse and charge nurse. He served in the Army Nurse Corps and he has worked as a nurse in three cardiology practices. He has 7 years experience as a treadmill nurse and is currently working as a treadmill nurse for Springfield Clinic, Springfield, IL.

Reservations must include first night’s deposit to be guaranteed.  Major credit cards are acceptable to establish pre-payment.  Be sure to request written confirmation of your registration. 

Release date:  The hotel room release date is April 2.  To take advantage of the reduced rates, you must make your reservations before this date.  The reduced rates may not be available after April 2.  Call the hotel for availability after this date.

Room cancellation:  Contact the hotel regarding cancellations. Room cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. For arrivals after 4pm, call the hotel on the day of travel to reconfirm reservations.

Course Cancellations: Cancellations may be faxed in writing. Cancellations received 7 days before the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this time will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are given for "no shows" or cancellations received after the conference begins. A $25.00 fee is charged on any returned check. Your check must be received within ten days if you register by phone or fax or your registration may be cancelled.
